Founder and Chief Editor
Vaibhav Murhar
Vaibhav Murhar is a mental health professional, psychologist and yoga expert with over two decades of experience in mental health, psychosocial support, and social development. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga, which he uses to provide a holistic perspective on well-being. He has served with prestigious organizations like the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Sangath, UNICEF, and Helpage India, and has published various scientific papers in international journals.
